I had an amazing time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach, with easy access to the boardwalk. The view from my room was breathtaking, as I could see the ocean right in front of me. The service here was exceptional, from the friendly staff who greeted me by name every day to the attentive room service and the helpful duty manager. The hotel provided excellent amenities, including air conditioning, a balcony, and a sitting area in my room. The dining options were also top-notch, with a restaurant that served a delicious continental breakfast and a bar/lounge area where I could relax and enjoy a drink. The spa and wellness centre was a great place to unwind, and the swimming pool and jacuzzi provided the perfect spot for some relaxation under the sun. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had the most amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach at Grace Bay. The hotel provided easy access to the boardwalk and the beautiful ocean views were breathtaking. The service at this place was impeccable, from check-in to check-out. The staff, from the groundskeepers to the duty manager, went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. They practically stood on their heads to make sure we got a table at the restaurant and received excellent service. The amenities in the room were outstanding, with everything from air conditioning and a balcony to a kitchen and a flat-screen TV. I especially appreciated the private dining services and the delicious continental breakfast served at the on-site restaurant.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful views and great amenities. Plentiful chairs and umbrellas on the beach, and amazing clear water for swimming. Loved the breakfasts and well-kept grounds.

Some staff were rude, and there was a lot of noise from a nearby bar on Friday night. Snorkeling equipment hut was far away and difficult to reach.

This hotel is located on a stunningly beautiful beach and has easy access to nearby bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including enormous bathrooms and modern amenities. The service is exceptional, staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Breakfast is varied and delicious, with fresh options. The saltwater pool and beach cabanas provide unparalleled luxury and relaxation.

While most of the staff is friendly and attentive, there have been some inconsistencies reported on previous stays.

The room was beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed, spacious balcony, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The resort's location on Grace Bay was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The on-site restaurants exceeded my expectations, offering delicious food and drinks. The staff at Seven Stars went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met, making my experience truly memorable. The resort itself was well-maintained and the beach was stunning. Despite some construction noise nearby, the overall tranquility of the resort was not compromised. Though my trip was shorter than I would have liked due to unexpected travel complications, the resort was understanding and refunded my first night. I had a fabulous experience at Seven Stars Resort & Spa and would highly recommend it to others.
